Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Terms

You acknowledge that all purchases and sales of cryptocurrencies, whether completed or pending, are final. Transactions are non-refundable, irrevocable, and cannot be changed once completed. Cryptocurrency prices fluctuate constantly, and as such, the value of cryptocurrency purchased from (or sold to) Fiatbit Technologies d.o.o. may change within moments of your transaction.

2. Consumer Protection Directive

By initiating a monetary transfer to Fiatbit Technologies d.o.o., you acknowledge that the EU Consumer Protection Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights) does not apply to contracts for financial services such as those offered by Fiatbit Technologies d.o.o..

3. Discretionary Repurchase of Cryptocurrency

If you change your mind and wish to return the cryptocurrency purchased from Fiatbit Technologies d.o.o., the company may, at its sole discretion, repurchase it at the current market price, less the applicable service fee. For repurchase inquiries, please contact Fiatbit Technologies d.o.o. via email at [email protected].

This also applies if you have sold cryptocurrencies to Fiatbit Technologies d.o.o. and wish to repurchase them. Fiatbit Technologies d.o.o. may sell them back to you at the current market price plus the applicable service fee.

4. Wire Transfer-Related Refunds

In rare cases related solely to wire transfers, such as:

• Failure to provide the required KYC documents.
• Disclosing account access details to a third party.
• Deciding to cancel the order before completion.

Fiatbit Technologies d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel your transfer order. If funds have already been received, they will be returned to the same source, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

5. Costs and Fees for Refund

Any refund will be processed after deducting costs or expenses incurred, including:

• Transfer fees.
• Currency exchange fees.
• Payment processing fees.

Refunds to an alternative source may be considered at Fiatbit Technologies d.o.o.’s sole discretion, provided that you supply the necessary documents to verify ownership of the account to which the funds are returned.

6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

To comply with AML and anti-terrorist financing regulations, Fiatbit Technologies d.o.o. may verify all payments and associated information before issuing a refund. You may be required to provide:

• Identification documents.
• Proof of ownership of the credit card or bank account used.
• Other documentation deemed necessary to verify your request.

If you fail to provide the required documents or if doubts arise regarding the authenticity of the documents, the refund process may be suspended until the requested actions are completed.

7. Fraud Prevention

Fiatbit Technologies d.o.o. reserves the right to:

• Cancel your order without refund.
• Refuse any refund request if fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.

8. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and within 7 (seven) working days from the cancellation of the order, provided that all required information and documentation have been submitted to Fiatbit Technologies d.o.o..
